Ethel Walker fell to the Canterbury School in three sets on Saturday, October 12th (14-25, 9-25, 15-25). Sophomore starter Maddie Stirt ‘27, was out with a concussion. Senior middle hitter Amber Furtado ‘25 had several key blocks in the first set. Walker’s struggled in the second set with serve-receive and running their offense. However, they came back in the third set with several kills by Taelor Arnold ‘27 and digs from Naiya Sabbagh ‘25. Senior middle hitter Val Lawson ‘25, was injured in the final set.
