vs. Miss Porter's School

Ethel Walker opened their 2023 campaign with a decisive 19-4 victory over Miss Porter’s. Despite a rocky top of the first inning, in which a few walks, a couple of hits and two errors allowed Porters to take a 4-0 lead, Walker’s proved their resilience by coming back with five runs of their own in the bottom of the first. Good baserunning, timely hitting by Annalisse Santana ’23 and Ally Hussey ’23, and strong pitching from freshman Ayden Riendeau ’26 kept Walker’s in control. Walker’s will host Westover on Saturday afternoon.
