Ethel Walker made the long trip to Thompson, CT to take on Marianapolis Prep on Wednesday afternoon and ended their losing streak, securing a 19-1 victory. Walker’s scored 7 runs in the top of the 1st to jump on top early. Ellie Brothers ’22 had a great afternoon at the plate and Tessa D’Aquila ’22 pitched her best game of the year, striking out 9 and giving up only two hits on the afternoon. Special shout-out to Molly Thacker ’24 and Anngelina Morton ’25 who helped out an injury-depleted Varsity squad for the game. Both did a great job in surprise roles!
