Game Summary

On Monday night, Middle School Basketball travelled to Renbrook for the first away game of the season. The team faced off against a talented group of players. After a tough fight, we lost 34-10, but still found much to commend in our players’ performances. Mid-year new student Jane K. ’30 had a strong first game, showing off her ball handling skills and her keen court awareness. Maya G. ’29, Ellie. M ’29, and Gigi L. ’29 all led the team with their impressively aggressive defense. They were able to shut down some high scorers on the other team with their strong defensive skills. Amelie F. ’29 and Alexa W. ’31 stayed strong in the paint, with plenty of rebounds and steals between them. We can’t wait to see what happens on Wednesday, when we travel to Kent for our season’s fourth game!
