On a beautiful Spring day, we traveled just up the road to take on Westminster at Hopmeadow Country Club. After a hard-fought match, EWS emerged with a 3.5 – 1.5 victory. Captain Alexia Grech led the way with a 3 and 2 win against her opponent at # 1. # 2 Avery Bloom, fresh off her top 10 finish at the Pippy O’Connor, won her match 2 and 1. # 4 Sophie Sun won the final hole to escape with a 1 up victory. # 5 Quinn Auger halved the final match of the day to gain half a point.
