Game Summary

Ethel Walker fell to Cheshire Academy in three sets on Friday, November 8th in the final game of the season (15-25, 9-25, 12-25). In the first set, Maddie Stirt ‘27 had a serving run at the start of the game, giving Walker’s an early lead. Yihan Chen ‘27 also had strong serves, but Walker’s was unable to come back after Cheshire Academy had a mid-game serving run. In the second set, Walker’s struggled in serve-receive. In the third set, setter Violet Tran gave Walker’s an early lead after scoring four points in a row on serves. Overall, the team made great progress this season, and the coached look forward to seeing players continue to grow next year!
